A Love Letter to the West

Where the Roads Turn to Dirt

An East Texas girl's journey from country roads to California dreams

Leather craftsmanship

I'm Erin Blanton, an East Texas girl at heart—raised where the roads turn to dirt, the sunsets stretch wide, and life is measured by the rhythm of the land.

I grew up in the country on land filled with animals, hard work, and the kind of simple moments that stay with you forever.

Somewhere between early mornings in the chicken coop and long evenings under big Texas skies, I fell in love with the western way of life. Cowboy boots weren't just something you wore—they were a symbol of where you came from. They carried you through muddy pastures, into town on Saturday nights, and across dance floors with friends and family.

When You Walk Into Blanton's

The feeling is immediate.

The smell of rich leather.

The sound of wood floors under the soles of your boots.

A warm, easy "hey y'all" waiting at the door.

Wood floors

It's more than a shop.

It's a place where Texas heritage meets California charm. Where western style isn't a trend—it's a way of life. Blanton's Boot and Hat isn't just a store. It's a little piece of where I came from—and a place where the spirit of the West lives on.

California golden hour

Blanton's Boot and Hat is my love letter to the West,

and I am proud to share a little piece of it with Petaluma.

See y'all soon

xoxo
